ABOUT THE POSITION.
The Site Engineer role is crucial to their on-site project teams, contributing to the planning, execution, and monitoring phases of their projects. This position demands strong technical skills, effective communication, and a commitment to on-site excellence.
DUTIES.
1. Supervise and monitor all aspects of on-site production, including selecting engineering techniques and sequencing operations.
2. Review project specifications and drawings, making necessary adjustments.
3. Conduct site inspections and meetings to ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality control of all projects.
5. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including compliance reports and progress updates.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
6. Demonstrated technical and on-site project management skills within the civil construction sector.
7. Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and current industry practices.
8. Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide on-site teams.
9. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
10. Proficiency with engineering software and project management tools.
