Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the upkeep of Council's building infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and longevity.Collaborate with internal teams from various Council services and work closely with local contractors.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination of projects and maintenance tasks.What We're Looking For: A solid background in building infrastructure management and maintenance.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders, contractors, and team members.A proactive, solution-focused approach to problem-solving and project management.The Benefits:This is a permanent full-time position, with a monthly RDO.The current starting salary is $73,730.04 per annum + superannuation, with the opportunity to progress through Councils banding levels.
