About the role The Gyprock Trade Warehouse Operator is a Full-time position, based at Alexandria, NSW. Reporting to the Store Manager you will join our Gyprock Trade Centre, andyou will be delivering exceptional customer service and attaining operational excellence within the warehouse. In this role you will : Provide exceptional customer service for all our customers To assist in the day-to-day activities within the store Stock movements and the maintenance of stock Loading trucks with customer orders for distribution and comply with safety requirements Unloading inbound orders of stock Serving customers in the warehouse part of the store, e.g. loading customers vehicles with a forklift or manually as required. Ensuring documentation, labelling and presentation of product is adhered to Warehouse operations including picking orders, inventory counts and general housekeeping Your hours are Monday to Friday 7AM to 3PM. Rostered Saturdays from 6AM to 11AM. About you: Current forklift license with sufficient experience Ability to lift and move heavy products as required (manual handling involved). A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment. A strong work ethic and commitment to safety procedures are essential.
