Applications are sought from suitably qualified Registered Nurses to work in the Hospital in the Home (HITH) team at Echuca Regional Health. This is a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate your skills within a multidisciplinary team, providing care to complex patients in the community. Key responsibilities include: Develop, implement and evaluate plans for patients and carers Evaluate and validate effectiveness of nursing strategies Provide a high standard of service delivery Ability to work across AM and PM shifts, 7 day roster Actively participate in mandatory meetings as required and requested Maintain core clinical competence specific to the area of clinical practice. Qualifications/experience required: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with 5 years minimum post graduate experience. Highly developed interpersonal skills Relevant experience within the community setting and/or across a broad range of acute medical/surgical services Desirable – post graduate qualifications in relevant field.
