Job Description
Sodexo are currently seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join the team in a permanent, full-time capacity working on a FIFO – 14 days ON 14 days OFF Roster from Perth.
Duty Manager responsibilities include overseeing daily operations ensuring employee productivity, monitoring efficiency of all processes and creating a positive work environment for employees.
Requirements of the role will include but are not limited to:
* Keep track of monthly, quarterly and yearly goals
* Work with management to assess and improve processes and policies
* Monitor and report on revenue and cash flow
* Uphold and enforce company policies
* Train new hires
* Address employee complaints or performance issues as needed
* Check in with employees regularly to determine satisfaction
* Schedule shifts
* Help management create the department budget
* Address customer issues and complaints
* Stay up-to-date with organisational changes, issues and improvements and communicating these to other staff members
* Working both day and night shifts

Qualifications
To be successful, you’ll need:
* Experience as a Duty Manager or similar management role
* Catering / Chef knowledge (beneficial)
* Customer service experience
* Team management skills
* Strong organisational skills
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Degree in Dietetics, Food Service Management, Nutrition or Hospitality
