This business services the building and construction industry, where their clients are required to perform tasks needing machines to elevate them to considerable heights. These machines are such as boom lift, scissor lift, mini cranes, vacuum excavators, boom lifts and so much more
In some cases, they will get sufficient use from their machinery to make purchasing sensible, others might only need it occasionally and therefore opt for a hire option, this is the speciality of our client

The role
As the building, construction and manufacturing arena continues to surge forward, so does the demand for industry related hire equipment, the customer service/hire team are all hands-on deck and over service the clients so well, the repeat business is overwhelming.
This is where business has evolved and now has decided to add a Finance Officer to the already stable finance team to accommodate the volume
To ensure efficiencies the duties needed will be;
* Able to take control of full function AP duties for part ledger.
* Champion invoice entry, to payment preparation and reconciliations.
* Handling incoming enquiries, assisting and working closely with customers’ accounts.
* Utilising MYOB daily.
* Manage AR duties, bank reconciliations of 70 statements monthly.
* Collections, payment plans and database recording of client negotiations.
* Allocations of payments received to job, coding costing.
* In busy periods assist with Finance administrative duties in the team.
* Ensure and manage processes working to procedures.
The Essentials
* MYOB
* Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience
* Strong administrative skills
* Sound communication and written skills
* A passion for finance
