About the Opportunity The Leisure Marketing team is accountable for driving acquisition and strengthening relationships with existing customers. The team is responsible for developing and delivering the strategic marketing plan across the Leisure portfolio, including proposition development, media strategy, and customer acquisition/retention effectiveness. Reporting to the Marketing Lead Travel & Experiences, the Marketing Consultant is integral to the team, providing support on key programs of work and leading several projects across small and medium marketing initiatives. Come along for a new journey You'll be instrumental in ensuring our Leisure Marketing team delivers exceptional service. Here's a glimpse of what you'll be doing: Develop campaign plans and briefs, facilitating operational planning and media & creative development. Lead the planning and delivery of travel and experiences activities such as Travel Insurance, tickets, and destination campaigns. Manage the production of campaign elements, ensuring appropriate sign-off from relevant parties. Support the Marketing Lead in executing campaign elements across the T&E portfolio. Develop collateral to support our leisure portfolio. Track campaign progress, optimise and refine as necessary, and report performance weekly. Demonstrate creative excellence across all communication mediums. Recognise business improvement opportunities from campaign activity. Support Marketing Managers with Post Implementation Reviews. Support and lead the Marketing Coordinator through coaching in best practice campaign management. Capture key learnings and input into the overall PIR. Effectively manage allocated budgets and ensure regular tracking. Deliver campaigns on time and on budget, ensuring targets are met. What you'll need to be successful 5+ years experience in campaign management across various mediums, including digital activity. Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or similar qualification. Sound communication skills with a proven ability to translate technical information. Strong stakeholder management skills. Good project management skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
