The Role: As the Concession Manager, you will be at the heart of the Castle Towers concession, driving sales and ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a talented team, maintaining high standards, and creating a welcoming and inspiring environment within Myer.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Castle Towers concession
* Drive sales and exceed targets by delivering exceptional customer service
* Recruit, train, and develop your team to achieve their full potential
* Maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect the brand's identity
* Manage inventory, stock levels, and store administration
* Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that aligns with brand values

* Proven experience as a Store/Concession Manager or Assistant Manager in a retail environment
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A passion for fashion and a keen eye for style
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
* Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
