Let's talk about the role and responsibilities As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will work alongside a team of like-minded individuals within the Salesforce community and partner closely with our clients on a wide variety of collaborative and innovative engagements. In this role you'll be:Engaging effectively with stakeholders, driving key relationships and assisting clients in determining their requirements to achieve excellent business outcomes.Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, ensuring they are documented in the most appropriate method for the customer.Facilitating workshops, conducting one-on-one interviews, process mapping, and utilizing other methods including developing User Stories, likely working to Agile sprint cycles.Working closely with developers and architects to configure and develop features aligned to design standards.Advising on best practices of the platform from a functional perspective and aligning to requirements.Mentoring and guiding junior functional analysts.
