The role:
As the Franchise Sales Executive you will play an integral role in the continued growth of the Anytime Fitness Australian portfolio and market share. You will be responsible for selling franchise territories to those that are driven and ambitious to contribute to the Anytime Fitness brand vision. Within our dynamic team, you'll be instrumental in demonstrating your ambitious and growth mindset to ensure we achieve our business goals and deliver a best-in-class sales experience.
Day to day will include:
Sales Activity & Pipeline Management
1. Directly identify, advance and close franchise sales for the Anytime Fitness business
2. Connect, educate and inspire prospective franchisees aligned to the Anytime Fitness business principles
3. Work closely with the legal, property and brand operations team to initiate, manage and close sales to ensure development schedules and targets are achieved
4. Work closely with Marketing team, and where necessary outside agencies, to implement effective lead generation initiatives
5. Act as a point of contact for sales enquiries, fostering strong relationships with internal departments and external partners
Franchise Strategy Execution
6. Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
7. Collaborate with Franchise Sales peers to leverage and share best practices to maximise performance
8. Maintain awareness of the franchise and fitness competitive landscape to identify new industry developments, opportunities and threats to our business and existing and prospective franchisees
9. Present to prospective franchise owners as required
10. Develop and maintain effective partnerships with internal teams and vendors
Other
11. Collaborate closely with the Anytime Fitness and Collective Wellness Group team, providing support, input and reporting as required
12. Manage general filing and administration tasks efficiently, keeping our data and documents well-organised
13. Maintain a high standard of confidentiality and data protection, adhering to best practices in safeguarding sensitive information
14. Travel may be required as it relates to your role and the markets you are looking to sell within
15. Role may involve ad-hoc projects supporting the wider business

Experience & About You:
17. Minimum 5 years of sale experience including lead and database management
18. Bachelor’s degree or higher will be highly regarded
19. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
20. Sound understanding of the franchising sector and its regulatory environment
21. Passion for health and wellness
22. Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) in order to connect, inspire and educate prospects and overcome obstacles to close deals and reach goals
23. Innate ability to build long term relationships with people from varying walks of life
24. Strong negotiation, problem solving, territory management and interpersonal skills
25. The ability to influence and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholder groups
26. Sound administrative skillset and eye for detail
27. Proven ability to represent a brand with the utmost level of professionalism and integrity
28. Intermediate computer skills, i.e. Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint etc. and experience with Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint, Asana and/or CRM software preferable
29. Proven ability to sell a franchise brand will be highly regarded
30. Practical experience in the fitness industry is preferable
31. Ability to travel as needed
32. Current NSW driver's license
