Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling a range of industrial chemical products and solutions. Negotiation & Contracts: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to secure profitable sales contracts. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred. Experience: 3 years of experience in account management or sales within the industrial chemicals, manufacturing, or a similar technical industry. Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of industrial chemicals and their applications across various industries. Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting sales targets. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
