The Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing payroll, assisting with compliance and benefits activities, and attending to the queries of our most important asset – Our People – in Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Ireland, the US, and the UK.Here's a taste of what you'll be doing: Collecting, calculating, and entering data to maintain and update payroll informationAttending to employee and other stakeholder queries with a strong focus on serviceAssist in end-to-end payroll Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Ireland, the US, and the UK, ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently and compliantlyAssist in company-wide events in the payroll calendar, such as annual salary increases, bonus payments, year-end, and benefit renewalAssist in preparation of reports for Finance for month-end processing, audits, etc.Contribute to continuous improvement initiativesWork harmoniously with internal stakeholders and customers as well as external stakeholders, including vendors, government agencies, and other external stakeholdersYou will have:Experience in a multi-faceted payroll function (multiple jurisdictions, frequencies, and/or entities)Experience working with Payroll and HRIS Platforms (Exposure to HiBob, Employment Hero, Papaya Global, TriNet, and/or NetSuite would be highly regarded)Familiarity with relevant payroll, tax, and employment laws in Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Ireland, the United States, and The United KingdomAbility to plan, prioritise and work independently to achieve goals and deadlinesAbility to work autonomously and as part of a wider teamExceptional time management and communication skillsStrong attention to detailExperience working with in-house and third-party (outsource) payroll delivery modelsJoin our team at Go1 and be at the forefront of transforming education through innovative learning solutions.
