The RoleAs the Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our clinic, providing exceptional front-desk support to our team and clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Interaction: Warmly greet and assist clients upon arrival, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.Appointment Management: Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments, efficiently managing our practitioners' calendars.Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails, addressing enquiries or directing them to the appropriate team members.Administrative Support: Maintain and update client records, process payments, and manage billing and insurance-related tasks.Clinic Presentation: Ensure the reception area and clinic spaces are clean, organized, and welcoming.What We're Looking ForWe're seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist who demonstrates:
