Floor coordination for 2 theatres and 1 procedure room Free parking onsite Busy orthopaedic, general & day procedure lists Week day and some Saturday lists The Opportunity Our Perioperative Leadership Team are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Floor Coordinator Team. This role will be suitable for RNs with some floor coordination experience and an interest in growing in the position. Working to support our theatre teams, VMOs, and CSSD in coordinating staffing, movement in the theatres, and daily operational activities, this role will be a part of our $40m redevelopment that starts in July and will see our services grow to 4 operating theatres and 2 procedure rooms.
About Us Peninsula Private is a 60 bed acute and rehabilitation hospital with 3 operating theatres located on the idyllic Redcliffe Peninsula. Specialties include orthopaedics, general surgery, urology, gynaecology, gastroenterology, ophthalmology, internal medicine, and the delivery of leading rehabilitation services and programs on the Brisbane northside.
About You You will be a qualified registered nurse with a sound understanding and clinical experience in theatre floor coordination practices. You will have an excellent understanding of ACORN standards, be focused on leading an efficient and safe shift whilst being able to respond to daily operational changes with a calm and supportive disposition.
