You'll love playing a pivotal role in managing our ANZ project priorities and supporting large scale media buys across multiple sub-brands. You will have ownership of 'how' creative gets briefed, produced and executed through custodianship of the creative production model.Managing our talented inhouse Art Director, you will utilise your experience supporting the copy evolution and production process to support CMC's creative messaging. You will work with a whole spectrum of specialists, ranging from global internal creative resources to the various external agencies and suppliers we engage.Although your responsibilities are predominately production, you will have the opportunity to expand into other marketing remits such as digital media and optimising create on website.What Will Help You Be Successful: 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a passion for building effective teams and workflow, and an understanding of the foundational side to know what it takes to drive excellent creative.Proficiency in creative production technology to support approvals, creative development and brand guidelines, e.g. Ziflow, Figma, Adobe Suite, Jira and Bynder.Being a problem solver who can pre-empt issues and demonstrate reliable time management to meet key media deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills to drive partnerships with agencies, third party suppliers and internal stakeholders.Eligibility to work in Australia permanently.The Things We Live By: CMC Markets is powered by our people.
