We can offer a competitive package, great employee discounts, and special offers across JB Hi-Fi and The Good Guys, paid parental leave, novated leasing, and we’ll also match every dollar you donate in our Doing Good workplace giving program.Job DescriptionFacilitate the creation and execution of consistent communication streams to support Merchandising Services projects and initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesBe the main contact for the Merchandise Services team and lead all communication to store teams via our intranet platform.Build documentation, presentations and completion reports for new projects, supplier rollouts as well as initiatives such as product launches and merchandise guidelines.Support the Instore Experience Lead in POS print, creative and conceptualisation of sales driver programs that highlight features and benefits of new technologies.Build and maintain effective working relationships with relevant stakeholders, in particular Merchandise, Retail Operations, Store Development and the store network.Proactively source, collate and manage all relevant content updates including those from our brand partners.Support the effective resolution of queries from store and Support Centre stakeholders.QualificationsAt least two years’ experience in a retail/communication role.Intermediate skills in Adobe design software and MS Office Suite.Proven understanding of product merchandising, fixture and display development.Additional InformationIf you are interested in this exciting opportunity with us, please click apply and upload your CV.
