Our client, a leading commercial organisation is seeking a skilled Training Developer/Instructional Designer to join their Resource and Capability branch.

Full-time, 12-month engagement in a convenient ACT location.
This role is essential for designing and delivering eLearning content that enhances workforce capabilities and meets evolving business and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Develop Training Materials: Create and maintain eLearning content tailored to learner and business needs.
Set Learning Objectives: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define clear, measurable goals for training programs.
Collaborate with Experts: Partner with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Instructional Design: Develop courses, curricula, and training manuals that align with adult learning principles.
Content Layout and Interactivity: Structure learning materials for engagement, including videos, graphics, quizzes, and simulations.
Facilitate Training: Deliver face-to-face training sessions as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent (desirable).
Proven experience as a Training Developer or Instructional Designer.
Extensive knowledge of adult learning principles and eLearning content development.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint.
Expertise in tools like Articulate (Rise 360 and Storyline) or similar software.
Experience in HR systems (Aurion) is an advantage.
Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and writing.
