The team at Epsom is built on the foundations of connection, communication, and consideration.About The RoleThis is a Permanent part-time opportunity across Monday to Friday.As our new Childcare Permanent Educator, you will be responsible for the development and fostering of meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the community. You will support and guide children’s learning, while developing your own career and knowledge within the childcare sector. As an Educator with Journey Early Learning, you will be supported by your Centre Leadership Team, as you learn the fundamental skills of being an inspired Educator within the Journey family.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all timesFacilitate learning experiences for your allocated group of childrenAssisting in the observation and evaluation of children's individual strengths, interests, and preferencesDesign and implement activities to be included in children's developmental program.Be part of a collaborative teaching and interactive learning environmentAbout YouYou are a creative and inspired early childhood educator with a passion to lead and develop age-specific programs and daily routines.
