Role and Responsibilities
As a Lotus Domino administrator, you are responsible for providing technical support for Lotus Domino with a high degree of Customer Happiness by meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) and process compliance. You will perform business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the likelihood of significant service outages or disasters.
Core responsibilities include the review of new applications and application design updates, performing application releases, and Lotus Domino administration.
Responsibilities
* Managing the Domino Partition Server and Domino Cluster infrastructure
* Understanding of data integrations and data pipelining tools
* Backing up and restoring Domino platform services
* Troubleshooting network connectivity to data sources and other external resources
* Helping debug issues and outages with Domino support
* Experience implementing and troubleshooting SSO (Roles, Sessions, Tokens, Trusts, etc.)
* Troubleshooting agent issues, replication issues, mail routing, Database/MQ client configuration
* Processing of IBM Notes/Domino application roll-outs and releases
* Projects including implementation of new technologies, architecture changes, server upgrades and refreshes, and others such as merger and acquisition-related migrations
* Expertise in AIX/zLinux/Linux/Windows/SQL/Yellowfin technologies will be added value
* Recommend 3+ years administering on-premise or cloud infrastructure
* Preferred Server Administration/Scripting experience (Shell, Python)
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
