About the Role The Customer Activation Consultant will be responsible for generating and managing innovative, safe and diverse work type activities for Workskil Australia customers to enhance their chances of securing sustainable employment and will partner with various stakeholders in order to establish a range of activities to enable our customers to meet their Activation Requirements.The role will be supporting the Customer Activation Manager in identifying activities, creation of activities to support Sites, referral processes, schedules, and activity management.The Customer Activation Consultant will review report data to aid the Sites with their daily activation management of customers.This role is being offered on a Full Time Fixed Term basis (until 04/07/2025) based at our Noarlunga site.This challenging role will be a well sought after opportunity so we encourage you to submit your application at your earliest convenience.About You To be successful in these roles you will be able to: Demonstrate high level of interpersonal skills; Work effectively with a culturally diverse range of clients, employers and staff; Demonstrate strong skills in data entry, ability to use the Microsoft Office suite and ability to type (minimum 30 words per minute); Demonstrate ability to create employment pathway opportunities; Demonstrate ability to read reports and use that data to identify performance and compliance issues; and Demonstrate ability to read, interpret and apply both corporate and operational policy and procedure work within a quality management system.You will also be required to: Hold a current driver's licence.Have a minimum Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development and completed three selected WHS module from the Certificate IV in WHS;
