Right now, we're on the search for an experienced and driven Equipment Sales Rep to join our team and take on this permanent full time sales role. Based out of our Bendigo branch you will support our current and future customers throughout the Central Region of Victoria, encompassing the greater Bendigo and Ballarat areas.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be primarily responsible for all new, used and rental machinery sales activities and will focus on relationship development to deliver a positive and valued experience with William Adams Cat.
Your key responsibilities in this role will include:
1. Growing machine sales across the whole product line by offering new, used and rental equipment.
2. Offering a high level of service and expertise and identifying new business opportunities.
3. Building and maintaining customer relationships across a wide range of influencers.
4. Completing CRM activities and acting on sale leads.
5. Engagement and representation within industry associations and events.
6. Creating a positive, value added perception that will differentiate William Adams from the competition.
ABOUT YOU
You will have a strong sales background, ideally in the same or similar industry, excellent interpersonal skills and a drive and passion to succeed.
You will also have the following skills, experience and attributes:
1. Proven ability to develop long term internal and external customer relationships within a similar industry.
2. Proven persuasive and confident sales ability with superior communication skills.
3. A craving to provide exceptional customer service that ensures a positive customer experience every time.
4. Excellent organisation and time management skills.
