We have a career changing opportunity for an experienced Estimator. The role will see you operate in a Group Management position identifying data capture, pricing and documentation issues; auditing and maintaining compliance with client requirements; and developing and implementing best practice, consistent estimating management systems across the company. Responsibilities will include training, mentoring and auditing estimators and their practices to drive consistency and maintain cost effective and compliant processes.
Hybrid role, Monday to Friday, work remotely, with requirement for on-site presence 4-5 days every 6-7 weeks. Applications open to candidates interstate, flights and accommodation provided for on-site work.
What we expect Demonstrated capability and experience in automotive repair industry, with 5+ years collision estimating exposure (various insurers and systems)Competency to work independently, supervisory or management experience not essentialAbility to train, mentor and develop estimating teamHigh level of interpersonal skills, capable of communicating effectively with management, insurers and team membersFocused on high quality, compliant outcomes with a passion for auditing and achieving continual improvementCapability to develop systems and documented processes and implement to the wider estimating teamCan do, positive attitude.
