Albida Consulting is a specialist Workday deployment partner, delivering end-to-end consulting across Finance, HR, and Payroll. With a global presence, we work with clients across the UK, USA, South Africa, the Netherlands, and Australia —and we’re expanding!
As a Workday HCM (all SKUs) or Payroll Consultant, you’ll be responsible for:
1. Implementing and configuring Workday HCM or Payroll solutions to meet client needs
2. Advising clients on best practices and system optimization
3. Supporting end-to-end Workday implementations, including design, testing, and deployment
4. Troubleshooting and resolving Workday Payroll-related issues
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
What We’re Looking For
1. 3+ years of Workday HCM or Payroll experience
2. Strong understanding of payroll processing, compliance, and reporting in Australia
3. Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
4. Ability to work independently in a remote and fast-paced environment
