In this role, you will support the Founder and the Creative Director in crafting innovative, timeless and original products that enrich our ready-to-wear collections.Experience within the UK fashion industry is essential to strengthen our future expansion into the UK market.Collaborate with the Founder and Creative Director to conceptualise and develop new designs that reflect Scanlan Theodore's luxury identity and resonate with our clients.Develop detailed sketches, renderings, digital mock-ups and mood boards to communicate these design concepts effectively.Conduct trend research and present findings to the Design Room, contributing to the development of seasonal design themes and concepts.Source and refine premium materials and garment features that align with Scanlan Theodore's standards of quality and luxury.Collaborate with international suppliers and manufacturers to source and produce seasonal components, materials and products.Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for ready-to-wear designs, providing accurate instructions for the production process.Review and provide constructive feedback on samples, ensuring that the final products meet design, quality and fit expectations.Participate in fittings and collaborate with patternmakers and sample machinists.Manage logistics related to prototypes, samples and orders, including shipping and tracking, ensuring due dates are adhered to.What are we seeking?
