Job Description Are you interested in the occupational rehabilitation field? Do you want to get some hands-on experience in the industry? Hybrid office-based and work from home position. Transform your career and gain real-world experience in the occupational rehabilitation industry, and the opportunity to work directly within a multi-disciplinary team of high-performing consultants.
In this diverse role, you will enjoy providing case management support to consultants delivering rehabilitation services, ensuring excellence and quality of customer and client service delivery, and driving improved return to work outcomes for clients.
You will get the opportunity to develop a wide variety of skill sets including workers compensation, case management, ADL assessments, vocational assessments, transferable skills analysis, labour market analysis, and project work.
As a student interested in exploring Occupational Rehabilitation as a future accredited Rehabilitation Consultant, you will receive appropriate training from our professionals and the opportunity to step into a consultant role in the future (depending on your qualifications).

Qualifications To be successful in this role you will have the following attributes:
Currently undertaking (3rd or 4th year) or completed an undergraduate allied health tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, and Health Science is desired; Administrative experience within the health, medical, insurance or worker's compensation field is highly regarded; A genuine interest in occupational rehabilitation; Excellent attention to detail; Exceptional written communication skills for a professional setting; Drive to achieve results; Proficiency with computer use (Microsoft Office suite); Excellent time management skills, able to work autonomously as well as within a team environment; If you have been looking for roles as an Occupational Rehabilitation Assistant, Allied Health Assistant, Rehabilitation Counsellor Assistant, or Occupational Therapy Assistant then this role is definitely going to be interesting for you!
