You will be expected to provide high-quality care to our patients, ensuring their well-being and comfort. Encouraging open communication and the sharing of ideas among all team members is essential, as is collaborating with the team to continuously enhance our services and client experience. Additionally, you will actively participate in the development and implementation of clinic protocols and procedures.This role is ideal for a veterinarian with at least 4 years of practical experience. While clinical leadership and management skills are desired, they are not essential, as we provide mentorship to support your growth.If you’re passionate about leadership, team collaboration, and providing outstanding veterinary care, we’d love to have you on board!To be considered for this role, you must hold a Veterinary Science qualification from a university accredited by the Australasian Veterinary Boards’ Council (AVBC) and/or have completed NAVLE, AVE or alike examinations.
