This role is responsible for the successful delivery of all services in the application portfolio.Position AccountabilitiesManage internal and external stakeholders ensuring expectations are aligned and application of the correct policies and procedures.Oversee Managed Services Providers to ensure that they are providing contracted services as per expectations.Champion change and foster performance culture to achieve desired culture outcomes.Ensure that all automation & integration services, whether 'on-premises' in the AWS cloud or as true SaaS offerings, are maintained effectively.Implement and deliver on cost reduction efficiencies and value creation strategies.Essential Experience RequiredExperience in managing vendors across multiple concurrent projects and BAU service activities is essential, as is demonstrable experience in establishing and managing IS contracts and ensuring delivery of agreed service levels.Strong stakeholder and customer management skills.Experience in the development and maintenance of IS strategies and roadmaps for automation, power platform & integration services.Experienced in providing application implementation and on-going maintenance services.Strong technical background, ideally with ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, UI Path, Boomi, SSIS and data archival.Budgeting, forecasting and long term planning.Essential Qualifications RequiredITIL certification.Lean, Six-Sigma or related process engineering discipline.Degree Qualified or Equivalent Tertiary and/or relevant work/industry experience in related IS/IT technical area.We are specifically looking for applicants based in Adelaide currently.
