Group Corporate Services (GCS) manages the procurement, supplier risk and property functions for the Group. This includes both retail andmercial portfolios domestically, as well as international support.
In the Procurement space, the team facilitates themercial negotiations, contract creation and ongoing performance and risk management across our supplier landscape.
For the Group's property portfolio, we have accountability for the portfolio strategy, space planning, leasing, design, construction, business transition and ongoing facilities management.
Our role is to ensure that change lands effectively, safely, with minimum impact and maximum value for our internal teams and stakeholders across the Group. The GCS Transformation & Change team is a high performing team with far reaching networks acrossmBank.
We aremitted to creating a superior change experience for our teams and business stakeholders. We partner with our Business Platforms crew,munications team and business stakeholders to engage, enable and embed change whilst always looking to evolve our capability as a team.
Do work that matters:
As an Organisational Change Manager, you will be supporting our Business Platforms Crew within Group Corporate Services and lead the change management approach and delivery to ensure successful, effective and sustainable implementation of programs of change.
More specifically, you will:
1. Conduct detailed change impact assessments that accurately reflect the change impact, including the impacts on the business, other areas of the Group, associated people risks and how these impacts will be managed.
2. Work closely with Product Owners in an agile environment to plan aprehensive change management approach to initiatives, developing fit-for-purpose change interventions and solutions that deliver value and maximise change adoption.
3. Manage the identification, management and engagement of stakeholders, including the identification and resolution of stakeholder operational risks and issues.
4. Lead the effective delivery of change interventions and solutions; working cross functionally to ensure the change oues are successfully achieved.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance business relationships and to understand and manage the impacts of the change and project implementation plan.
6. Transition change into business as usual, using metrics to monitor progress, adoption and sustainability.
7. Design and develop change collateral as required ( presentations, training materials,munications and reference material).
8. Design and implement business readiness tracking metrics for Change Management readiness measures.
9. Contribute to the development of change objectives and measures of success.
10. Collaborate across the GCS Transformation & Change team to drive knowledge sharing, learning and problem solving.
We're interested in hearing from people who have:
11. Proven experience in change management roles, preferably within the financial services industry in a risk/regulatory capacity. Experience in Supplier Risk / Procurement would be a plus.
12. Strong experience in rolling out systems change including the ability toe up to speed quickly with technical concepts and system functionality
13. Change management experience leading smaller scale change programs or working as part of a change team on medium, or large-scale changes with a focus on Organisational Change.
14. Strong stakeholder management skills.
15. Demonstrable track record of managing and delivering to a change/project plan
16. Organisational skills, with a demonstrated ability to achieve deadlines and prioritise effectively.
17. Strongmunication skills working with a range of audiences to create a shared vision - including written, verbal and interpersonalmunication.
18. Leadership and influencing skills
19. Demonstrable track record of resolvingplex operational scenarios, problems and challenges
20. Technical expertise across workflow tools SharePoint Online, JIRA will be a plus
21. A proactive approach and ability to work autonomously
