Senior RF Technologist and Security – Secure Environment | Onsite | TSPV Clearance Required
Are you an experienced RF Technologist with a passion for designing, testing, and optimising RF communications systems?
We are looking for a skilled professional to support RF hardware design, system integration, and fault analysis in a high-security environment.
This role involves hands-on work with RF technologies, software configuration, and system testing to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, integrate, test, and document RF subsystems and related technologies.
Conduct system-wide fault analysis using electronic test equipment (e.g.
oscilloscopes, spectrum analysers).
Develop and improve technical documentation, testing procedures, and system configurations.
Support team members by sharing expertise and assisting with design reviews.
Key Requirements: Experience in RF system design, testing, and troubleshooting using diagnostic tools.
Strong understanding of coaxial, optical, and signalling cabling technologies.
Ability to model, simulate, and prototype RF system components.
Must hold a current TSPV clearance and be willing to work onsite.
Location: Canberra.
Contract Duration: 12 months with 2 x 12-month extension options.
RFQ closing date: 8am - Monday, 24 March 2025
Security Clearance: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates are required to have a TSPV clearance to perform this role.
This position is open to Australian citizens with a valid security clearance due to role requirements.
