Russo Estate is a family company operating in Diggers Rest. We are seeking a Part-time person to join our small team and grow with the company with the opportunity to advance to a Full-Time role. This role will involve doing accounts for more than 1 company.
Hours: 9am - 3:00pm, Tuesday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
* Strong knowledge/Advanced in MYOB.
* Process invoices every day according to the company.
* Organise payments weekly.
* Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
* Reconcile bank accounts regularly.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
* Process weekly payroll.
* Yearly Workcover annual reconciliation.
* Generating KPIs, sales, stock, and financial reports for the director.
Administrative Duties:
* Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
* Organize and maintain office files and databases.
* Assist in managing appointments, schedules, and meetings.
* Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
* Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
* End of day takings from onsite restaurant every morning.
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
* Advanced in Microsoft Excel sheets for reporting.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in bookkeeping and office administration.
* Advanced in MYOB software and Google Drive.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to work independently and within a team.
* Mature and Professional.
