Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the Customer Service Coordinator will provide day-to-day customer service through ordering, invoicing, stock management, and other tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities
* Verification of stock availability and allocation
* Same day order entry before defined cut-off times
* Ensure that quality held stock is managed and manage customer returns in an orderly fashion
* Assisting logistics coordinator with communication to customers
* Creation of weekly reports for customers on stock availability and upcoming production makes
* Building strong relationships with customer base
* Provision of samples to customers as required
* Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to provide quality service to customers
About You
The successful applicants will:
* Have extensive customer service experience
* Have the ability to communicate appropriately and effectively with customers at various levels
* Display a high level of attention to detail
* Show the ability to work in a team as well as independently
* Have intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
