Negotiable rate for the right candidate.The Senior Advisor (EDRMS) is an essential and integral skilled member of the Passenger Transport (PT) Systems Support team within TransLink's Passenger Transport Strategy & Technology Branch. This team provides direct business and after hours technical support, design, testing and implementation services for TransLink systems, including Translink's OpenText Content Manager EDRMS application. Note: This role will not be required to provide after hours support.TransLink seeks to engage an experienced and skilled Senior Advisor (EDRMS) to assist the Principal Advisor (EDRMS) in the delivery of the core administrative functions relating to Translink's Content Manager application. Activities include but are not limited to the following responsibilities, skills and experience:Maintenance and administration of EDRMS applications with a focus on application administration, testing and providing outstanding customer-centric support to end users.Provision of sound technical solutions and the efficient management of day-to-day issues arising from the operation of EDRMS applications.Development and delivery of effective one-on-one and group end user training via online platforms (for example, Microsoft Teams).Development and ongoing maintenance of end user training materials and manuals.Proactively participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the system infrastructure and providing efficient system maintenance.Perform core daily checks and ongoing system monitoring.Create, change, and delete user accounts per request processes.Highly developed communication and negotiation skills, including a demonstrated ability to communicate, influence and negotiate outcomes with a focus on building strong customer outcomes.Act as a proactive and effective member of the TransLink PT Systems Support team and work with relevant stakeholders and project teams as required.Demonstrated experience with the administration of Content Manager will be highly regarded.The successful candidate will be required to work within the proposed Start and End Dates of the RFQ. Further extensions will be exercised at the Customer's discretion.
