We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client and Member Services team at Mercer. This role will be based in Wollongong. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
You will be responsible for maintaining member, employer, and adviser account details while processing a range of superannuation administration functions for various superannuation schemes administered by Mercer.
We will count on you to:
* Process member/employer or adviser transactions across multiple functions either manually, electronically, or through SuperStream.
* Accurately maintain member/employer/adviser account details within Mercer's current operating systems, in accordance with specific scheme legislation, fund rules, and Mercer’s business processes.
* Conduct thorough investigations to resolve exceptions and gather information to assist with the management of escalations, incidents, and complaints in a timely manner.
* Initiate and act as a point of contact with both internal and external stakeholders to verify/confirm data provided and follow-up information as required.
* Cooperate and communicate across teams to improve outcomes for internal/external stakeholders.
* Maintain records systems to ensure the accurate, timely, and safe storage of information.
