They create animated content for a youthful audience, focusing on engaging stories that balance whimsy with more mature themes. They currently have 75 employees and are looking to grow over the next 12 months. About the role: To support their growth plans, the company is looking for an innovative HR Manager to lead a tight knot HR team to enhance their HR function and processes. This role will work closely with leadership to develop, improve and deliver various HR activities, including recruitment, training, compliance, and employee wellbeing. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with leadership to assess staffing needs, and enhance the onboarding experience for new hires. Develop and implement training programs for emerging leaders and support managers in fostering employee growth and performance management. Plan events and initiatives to drive a positive company culture. Oversee the HR team to ensure adherence to local labor regulations and implement policies for a supportive work environment. Address employee relations issues in partnership with leadership and coordinate with legal partners for relocation and visa processes. About you: Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field. Established experience in a similar position for small, nimble organisations where you happy to be hands on in all HR areas. Knowledge and experience implementing a HRIS. Experience working with creative types and ensuring they are engaged and supported.
