About the Role: As the company's p rimary point of contact, this position is intended to provide dedicated customer service to our members regarding any questions or concerns about the property or sales contracts the member engages in, any processes and coordination required for the successful transaction and settlement of the property, and any post-delivery inquiries or property servicing. In addition, this role must oversee the entire member journey from pre-sales to post-settlement and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of a professional residential property sales service. Responsibilities: Respond to all member questions regarding Contract Management, Settlement, and Construction phases Daily, weekly, and monthly settlement status reports Liaise with Vendors, Agents, Solicitors, Financial Planners, Brokers, Buyers, and Internal Staff about the status of Contracts, Settlement, and Construction Progress Provide necessary background information on the off-the-plan property transactions, contracts, construction, and settlements for educational purposes Interpret and explain fundamental contract terms & conditions Prepare pitch materials, handover booklets, and manuals for document preparation Assist members with defect inspections, depreciation schedules, and property leasing Provide administrative and business support to internal staff such as Agent, Sales Support, Mortgage Planners, and Acquisition teams Hold regular meetings with developers/agents to update them on the status of a project’s settlement Assist with the team in developing strategies for positive Member engagement, programs for new Member onboarding, cross-functional planning, and analytical insights for process improvements Ideal candidates should have the following qualities: Member Obsession: Devoted to our clients/members Extreme Ownership: Taking responsibility for everything Integrity: Having strong moral principles Relentless Commitment: Someone who is determined Frugality: Someone who is resourceful Dive Deep: Detail-oriented Growth & Evolution: Someone who is constantly seeking for improvement Empathetic : Someone who can understand someone else feelings About The Company: Freedom Property Investors is the largest and fastest-growing property investment company in Australia, with its main offices in the Sydney and Melbourne CBDs.
