MacKillop College invites experienced educators seeking a leadership position within a dynamic and innovative Learning Diversity team. This role will collaborate with our educators to design, implement and evaluate learning programs and resources to ensure they meet the needs of our students, particularly those with an identified learning diversity need. The Learning Diversity Leader, in consultation with the Directors of Learning Diversity, will build the capacity of educators to differentiate learning; implement Individualised Learning Plans; and develop innovative and differentiated learning resources.To be successful in the role, you will need a contemporary understanding of pedagogical practices for a differentiated curriculum, an ability to collaborate with Teachers to provide professional development in inclusive teaching practices, and the ability to proactively advocate for suitable interventions and resources for students with a learning diversity need.This is a permanent, full-time teaching role, commencing in Term 1, 2025.
