Duties
The occupant will be responsible for coordinating work undertaken to implement the workstreams within Vocational Learning in accordance with government and departmental objectives and allocated resources. The occupant will be required to support committees and work groups and communicate to ensure the timely delivery and alignment of related projects. The occupant will work within the framework of departmental plans and policies and through the managerial structure of the Division, receiving direction, guidance, and general advice from the supervisor. The occupant will collaborate with colleagues across the Development and Support division to develop resources and professional learning that meet the needs of a diverse range of learners, with an explicit focus on inclusive practice with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander learners, their histories, and cultures.
Period of Appointment
Applicants should be aware that for twelve (12) months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill any subsequent full-time or part-time vacancies in accordance with Employment Direction 1.
Hours per fortnight
73.5 hours per fortnight
Minimum Requirements
* Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (Registration Status – Employment)
* A relevant tertiary qualification.
* A current Driver’s licence.
