The successful candidate will have experience supporting people with disabilities and high medical needs and will have flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster which includes a variety of 6 to 10 hour shifts (including active nights). Key Responsibilities Assist in coordinating client and clinical services Deliver quality care for people with disability Conduct health care assessments Develop and monitor health care plans Observe and report changes in clients health and living needs Supervise, train and support assistant nurses in supporting clients Skills & Experience A degree in nursing Current AHPRA registration First Aid and CPR Certificate Experience supporting people with disabilities and high medical needs Ability to build and maintain positive relationships Flexibility to work around a 24/7 roster Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including a National Criminal History Record Check and obtain an NDIS Clearance.
