The Sales Associates are the key to our continued success. The key focus of this role is to engage an exceptional customer experience to clients throughout their exciting journey purchasing a new home. More specifically, you will:Orchestrate the engagement with prospective customers at our display homesSchedule appointments and take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the display homeInitiate stimulating journeys as you support customers through the sales cycle from developing, qualifying leads to nurturing and closingPresent information to help customers confidently compose their dream homeCollaborate with the Building & Design Consultant to ensure business objectives are accomplishedAbout you:You will share a passion for our purpose to build better futures and be aligned to our core values.
