Mission and Scope
We are seeking expressions of interest from ILS Specialists to deliver sustainment services to our Defence client.
We are welcoming applicants with expertise in the following areas:
1. ILS Engineering (inc. RAM, Configuration Management, Test and Evaluation)
2. Logistics Support Analysis (LSA)
3. Technical ILS
4. ILS Technical Writers/Technical Publication Authors
5. ILS Cost Analysts
6. ILS Data Analysts
As the ideal candidate you will bring:
Essential:
7. 3+ years of ILS experience in the Defence Industry
8. Defence recognised SCM qualifications and experience with Supply Chain Management tools and technology (e.g. MILIS, TAMIT)
9. Excellent organisation, time management, and accuracy when multitasking across multiple activities and deadlines
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels including internal and external stakeholders
11. Ability to engage internal and external stakeholders, building trusting, respectful and resilient professional relationships
12. NV1 Security clearance (with the ability to upgrade to NV2 if required)
Desirable:
13. Experience within Defence Deployed ICT Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operations, Portfolio and Project Integration
14. Previous experience in a Defence ICT environment
15. Intermediate level of knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.) with experience with inventory and planning software packages
16. The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team under limited supervision, prioritising tasks, following through to completion
17. Ability to problem solve and analytical skills with the ability to reason logically especially during high pressure situations
18. Ability to demonstrate a strong customer focus and be responsive to customer and other Partners needs
19. Experience with ASDEFCON and commercial activities within the Department of Defence
