**Field Sales & Distributor National Manager**

Job Summary
You will be responsible for delivering annual sales targets by expanding the OOH route customer base and ensuring compliance to trading terms. You will also manage the ice cream distributor network to ensure availability of Streets ice cream in all out of home channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage state account and operations managers to ensure field team focuses on KPIs and deliverables.
* Ensure close coordination/communication between distributors and internal teams.
* Negotiate/manage contracts with key regional accounts.
* Conduct regular trade visits to identify gaps and opportunities.
* Coordinate with freezer/fridge teams to secure assets to distributors.
* Responsible for ensuring freezers/fridge placements are monitored/recording.
