Every shift brings new experiences, and every moment could be the one that makes all the difference.What You’ll Be Doing:Supporting young people in residential settings, ensuring their safety and well-beingBuilding strong, positive connections to help them develop life skills and independenceCreating a structured, therapeutic environment that fosters growth and healingResponding to challenges with patience, empathy, and professionalismWorking closely with a team of professionals to implement individualised care plansYou will be expected to travel up to a 1-hour radius from our head office in Baulkham HillsWhat We’re Looking For:A passion for working with young people and a genuine desire to make a differenceThe ability to stay calm, compassionate, and solution-focused in tough situationsMinimum qualification: Diploma of Community Services (or currently studying) or related course or be eligible for an exemption.Availability for a variety of shifts, including weekends and overnight shiftsA full, valid Australian Driver’s License, First Aid & CPR Certificate, NDISWSC & Working with Children CheckInduction & TrainingBefore starting in this role, successful candidates must attend a comprehensive 5-day induction program. This training is essential to ensure you are fully prepared and confident in your role.Induction dates will be from 5th of May to 9th of May at our Tamworth head office.
