Supporting more than 250 clients across metropolitan and regional Victoria and only continuing to grow, we want the people who join us to also believe disability support should enable a life of independence and dignity.To do a great job, you'll need:Good judgement and common sense, listening skills, a willingness to learn and a commitment to our values.Experience supporting people with a physical disability, including manual handling.Experience in supporting people who have had a stroke.Experience in personal care (showering and dressing) and assistance with domestic duties.Great patience and a willingness to put in the time and energy to build rapport with clients.Enthusiasm and passion for supporting people with disabilities to live great lives.Commitment to working with a care team approach, including guidance from professionals, e.g., supporting our clients to complete a regular physiotherapy program.Full driver's licence and be willing and comfortable with driving clients' vehicles.Willingness to work varied shifts; sleepovers, day support including community access, in-home evening support with home duties required.
