This service partners with Aboriginal Controlled Community organisations (ACCOs) and in conjunction with the Program Manager – FSWS, will manage the Early Intervention Family Support Service (EIFS) and the Family Carer Support Service (FCSS).
You will have day to day line management of staff, including recruitment, induction, coaching and supervision responsibilities.Together with your team, you will build the capacity of families through the delivery of focussed, flexible supports utilising the KAA Practice Framework.Your experience in developing, leading and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders such as the Dept of Communities and other local community supports would be highly advantageous.You will provide 1:1 group supervision and coaching with your team.You will ensure policy and procedures are adhered to including the storage on client management system in a timely manner. About you Recognised Social Work qualification or equivalent is essentialMinimum 5 years' experience of working directly with children/young people and familiesThe ability to demonstrate experience working with children/young people and families in a trauma-informed way is essentialIt is desirable that you have experience in leadership or supervisory rolesA sound working knowledge and understanding of IT systems is essential #J-18808-Ljbffr
