Usual shifts hours could include 10:00 - 14:00 or 12:00 - 17:00 About the Role This role is the first public point of contact to Horsham Rural City Council, located in the Civic Centre.
The successful applicant will provide high-quality customer service and administration support to the Civic Centre staff and customers.
Duties include cashier, telephone, and other general reception services.
With the Customer Service team being the main point of contact for our customers, we respond to, at times large volumes of customer requests via several channels.
Being able to multi-task and prioritise is essential.
Clear communication is also a key part of this role.
About You The successful applicant will have minimum Year 12 education.
Relevant customer service in highly visible, public and customer focused industries (retail, banking and hospitality) is advantageous.
You are a team player, flexible and solution focused.
Having a customer centric attitude is something that you are passionate about.
