In this dynamic role, you will: Build and nurture impactful relationships with internal and external partners. Actively enhance the penetration of our IPF product by forging strong connections with key Insurance intermediaries and direct customers. Design and implement a strategic personal visitation program. Create and execute effective plans to identify, target, and win key accounts within the Insurance Premium Funding industry. If you've got a background in the Insurance industry, that's a huge plus. Experience in Premium Funding is also desirable. You'll need to have an affinity with key distribution channels and major aggregators. In terms of skills and knowledge, you'll need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. Disciplined sales skills and attention to detail are crucial for this role. We need someone who can consistently deliver sales results and exceed objectives. Your ability to communicate with and influence key stakeholders will be essential. Technology won't intimidate you; you should be able to master multiple systems and applications with ease. Strong oral and written communication skills, organisational skills, and interpersonal skills are all necessary to work effectively with others. We're looking for someone who is totally customer-focused and an exceptional team player. You'll need to have strong organisational and planning skills, and a sense of urgency. A self-motivated individual with a desire to improve and evolve in a changing environment will thrive in this role. Strong analytical and numeracy skills, along with problem-solving abilities, are also important. You'll need to be able to communicate effectively and work well under pressure.
