This Administration Assistant position requires an extensive amount of client interaction over the phone.
Administration Assistant duties will include:
Printing of orders from website
Order distribution
Updating Excel spreadsheets
Telephone answering
General administration
You will need to display:
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Ms Office skills including Excel
Solid understanding of Microsoft Office & experience using Apple Macs.
Accurate data entry
