Job Title: Interior Designer
Job Responsibilities:
* Concept Plan Designing: Develop comprehensive plans to meet client needs and expectations.
* Client Brief Understanding: Thoroughly comprehend client requirements, preferences, and objectives.
* Client Service: Provide exceptional support throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution of queries and concerns.
* Design Presentations: Prepare engaging presentations for client meetings, featuring tailored design solutions.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all project-related documentation.
* Furnishings and Finishings: Source and procure high-quality materials and finishes as required by clients.
* Construction Drawings: Create detailed construction drawings to bring designs to life.
* Finishing and Furnishing Schedules: Coordinate and manage schedules for installation of finishes and furnishings.
* Mood Board Preparation: Develop and present mood boards to visualize design concepts and themes.
* Elevations and Detailed Drawings: Produce precise elevations and detailed drawings to showcase design intent.
* Renders: Create two-dimensional and three-dimensional visualizations (renders) to communicate design ideas.
* Junior Designer Support: Mentor and guide junior interior designers in expanding their skills and knowledge base.
* Supplier Management: Source samples from various suppliers and maintain a library of existing and new materials at the ID Fitouts office.
* Brief Obtention: Collaborate with BDM and Director to acquire briefs and translate them into actionable design plans.
Required Experience:
* Over 2 Years of Office Fitouts Experience: Proven track record in delivering successful office fitouts projects.
* Commercial and Retail Fitouts Background: Prior experience working within commercial and retail fitouts companies is essential.
* Interior Design Qualification: Possess a degree or diploma in interior design, demonstrating a solid foundation in design principles and practices.
