**Job Title:** Health Education Officer - Graduate
**About the Role:** We are seeking a skilled and motivated Health Education Officer to join our Health Promotion team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating projects from the Health Promotion Operational Plan.
**Key Responsibilities:
* Work collaboratively with the Health Promotion team to develop and implement evidence-based health promotion strategies
* Contribute to the design, implementation, and evaluation of health promotion programs and projects
* Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including community groups, government agencies, and healthcare providers
* Provide education and support to individuals and communities on healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention
**Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you will require a graduate qualification in a relevant field (e.g., public health, health education, or a related discipline). You will also need excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
**Remuneration:** $69,050 - $100,547 per annum, pro rata (+ super + 17.5% leave loading where applicable)
