THE ROLE:
As a Senior Campaign Strategist, you will be responsible for leading and developing innovative campaign pitches that expertly meet client objectives in combination with driving audience engagement.
This role sits within CREATE's Campaign Strategy team, a primarily revenue generating function that at its core takes a client's brief and develops a strategy and solution to deliver on the client's business goals.
You will be both a creative and strategic thinker, with a deep understanding of the media landscape and a proven track record in delivering successful campaigns.
Core to the role is the ability to autonomously lead strategic responses to briefs and support more junior team members on briefs where required.
Every day, you will balance both the commercial and content priorities of our business, finding the perfect mix to deliver amazing campaigns and business results.
What you will be doing and what skills you may have:
Core to this role is the ability to autonomously lead client campaigns from point of brief to point of implementation handover.
In summary:
Effectively interpret briefs to design compelling client solutions Dictate the path from brief to pitch, effectively managing time and stakeholders Assess commercial viability of campaign requirements based on budget Collaborate with every area of the business, across all assets, mobilising product specialists to build multi-platform brand campaigns, ensuring campaign viability Develop strategically sound, compelling PowerPoint pitches, for client presentation Ensure campaign feasibility across costings, lead times and technical requirements Stay abreast of industry trends, innovation and technologies to inform solutions Present to clients in collaboration with sales colleagues To be successful in this role you will have:
4+ years experience with a media publisher (preferred) but if you have this experience with a media or creative agency that will also be highly regarded An absolute pro at PowerPoint A variety of life experiences and interests from which you draw inspiration The proven ability to influence stakeholders more senior than yourself An enquiring and innovative mind that sees solutions not problems Ability to work autonomously and lead a brief from start to finish if required To support & reward your success in this role we will offer the successful candidate:
